What do I need to provide Vegas Exotic Rental-2-Own?

The original buyer/owner has to provide: (1) Original copies of the Lease or Loan Agreement; (2) Copy of the Vehicle Registration; (3) Copy of the current Insurance Coverage; (4) an original Payment Coupon Stub; (5) Copy of registered owners Drivers License; and (6) All vehicle keys and remotes.

How are the monthly auto payments made?

The monthly auto payments are in either cashier check or money order made out in the name of you finance company, and sent to you or the finance company at least ten days before the due date. It is the original buyer responsibility to forward these payments directly to the lending institution.

Who maintains Insurance Coverage for the vehicle?

The new authorized driver is financially responsible for Insurance coverage for the vehicle. The authorized driver agrees to provide protection against serious financial loss should damage to the vehicle occur and understand that Vegas Exotic Rental-2-Own requires that the vehicle be continuously covered by insurance against the risk of fire, theft and collision, and that failure to provide such insurance or to maintain it continuously in force during the entire term of Lease or Loan, gives the original buyer the right to terminate the agreement and to immediately repossess the vehicle without notice. The new authorized driver's insurance policy must contain the loss payable endorseme nts indicated, including naming the original buy as an additional insured party. In addition, the new buyer agrees to provide immediate written notice to the original buyer of any change in policy or carrier during the term of the Lease or Loan.

How do I know that the vehicle is being maintained properly within the terms of my lease or loan?

Vegas Exotic Rental-2-Own maintains periodic mileage reports and maintenance records on your vehicle, copies of which are available to you. We also perform periodic physical inspections to oversee that all terms and conditions, including mileage restrictions are being met and that you vehicle is being carefully driven and properly maintained. Who is responsible for maintenance on the vehicle?

The new authorized driver is responsible for all maintenance for the vehicle once in their possession. The original buyer agrees to assign all included manufacturer maintenance and warranty coverage, if any, to the new buyer.

What happens if Vegas Exotic Rental-2-Own goes out of business?

The Permissive Use Agreement between the registered owner and the new authorized driver is a legally binding and enforceable contract between those two parties that continues. Vegas Exotic Rental-2-Own simply manages this relationship and guarantees to the registered owner that the lease or loan payments are made to the lending company.
